The process of delivery
ESRI (Thailand) Co., Ltd. wishes to thank you for your support of our products. The company would like to clarify about the process of ordering and delivery of the following:
• The company will continue to process your purchase after receiving the purchase orders.
• The company is able to process your purchase orders from Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (except weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping via EMS requires a recipient’s signature. So a recipient is required for the given address specified for delivery.
• The company will ship your orders on the next business day. The shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Return policy and exchange of items
If you encounter product errors due to faulty production, the company is willing to exchange with a new item within 7 days. The new item of similar model will ship to your address within 30 days after the date of the original item is received back in the same condition with complete accessories.
